Responsibilities/Qualifications
Understand and document business requirements related to payment and approval processes for new Mid-Market and sales prospects, as well as accounting firms.
Partner effectively and provide excellent support to the sales executives during the pre-sales cycle.
Evangelize the solution to both non-technical financial and accounting audiences and technical professionals.
Develop, present, and deliver high-impact demonstrations of the solution to prospective buyers, both in person and/or via web conference.
Clearly articulate the benefits of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable solutions to all levels including, developers, finance and accounting users, and senior levels (CFO, Controller, VP Finance).
Collaborate with our sales, sales enablement, and product teams to continually improve our demonstrations, including sales scripts, discovery process, best practices, sharing expertise/training, and guiding solution enhancements.
Effectively articulate process improvement recommendations for A/P and A/R and technical knowledge around integration with in-house accounting software.
Serve as a pre-sales technical point-of-contact for Accounting Firms, Mid Markets, and prospects and comprehensively respond to technical issues raised.
Act as subject matter expert on relevant competitive payments and adjacent solutions.
Translate the latest release information into clear customer-ready messaging about differentiators and example use cases for pre-sales presentations.
Provide technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
Leverage knowledge of product and market to help ramp Account Execs to become self-sufficient with their demands.
