Requirements for the NetSuite Team Lead role.
5+ years of NetSuite experience
Team Lead experience overlooking the entire project and guiding the seniors, juniors, etc.
All-rounder in all the core modules (R2R, D2B, P2P, O2C) with a heavier focus on inventory processes (manufacturing, warehouse management)
Needs to have experience with Adv. Manufacturing, WIP, and Routing
Work with modules and know how to set up dashboards, inventory, one world, service/ARM
Ensure procedures, processes, and proper change controls are adhered to on all production changes and implementation
Should have good communication skills to interact with clients and gather business requirements from users
Understand the month-end close process and be able to train and asset customers with those features.
Maintain clear and detailed documentation on enhancements, customization including workflows, scripts, and reports
Need to and prefer to work on an as-needed basis
Work with a team to develop, test, and roll out such solutions.
Perform complete NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel; provide client training (on-site and web-based) as needed.
Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical developers on potential customizations to the product
Plan and consult with customers on business process improvements in order to configure the system features/functions to client requirements and needs.
Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business requirements.
Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite Process Areas.
Prepare scope resulting from personalization sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements.
Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
Translate business requirements to our technical team members. Translate technology solutions from our technical team members to the clients.
Conduct Cut-over and Go-Live processes.
Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
Must have Integration Experience with 3PLs
Having experience with NS WIP and Routing is a must
Have experience leading D2B, P2P, and O2C Module
