We are helping our dear client in Mississauga, Ontario, find a Resource Manager to join remotely to their company on a full-time basis.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
As a Resource Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Manage optimal utilization of resources by working closely with the consultants and the delivery team, updating their availability, monitoring timesheets, and keeping a close eye on the projects they work on
Work closely with senior managers to target resources who can address project needs. Identify gaps and conflicts that will arise in the consultants' schedule and find proactive solutions to address them.
Identify opportunities to optimize the use of consultants' time and perform various analyses, as needed.
Develop a working knowledge of NetSuite and the skills of the consultants in the group.
Be able to multitask and set priorities in order to meet the many tight deadlines due to the unpredictable nature of the work and the volume of requests.
Review and understand current staffing positions to provide meaningful insights on trends, forecasts, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.
Maintain a solid understanding of incoming project pipeline, plan and forecast in order to manage available resources and advise on future supply and demand.
Support the time approval process, including monitoring daily time entries and forecast time entries.
Working with the sales team in regard to the forecast.
Collaborate with the sales team to align closing sales targets with incoming resources and new hires.
Qualifications:
4 or more years of experience in a resource management role.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a Related Field.
Strong understanding of Staffing and resource management tools
