Job Summary

We are helping our client located in Mississauga, Ontario, find a Project Manager to join remotely to their company on a full-time basis.

 Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Validate the translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
• Review deliverables, perform engagement reviews, and enforce quality assurance procedures.
• Enforce strategic and methodical execution of program deliverables and drive outcomes.
• Execute the internal project – Product(s) and be able to deliver in on timely manner.
• Guide creation and execution of project work plans and revise as appropriate.
• The ability to organize work and lend structure to a project to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong project management background and will be able to see when current strategies need to be tweaked to move the project in a productive direction.
• Program Managers also serve as mentors to more junior consultants to help them improve their project management and consulting skills to be more effective.
• Strong technical background and knowledge.
• Proven track record of project delivery, interacting with all levels of management.
• Execute the project delivery processes and methodology to support the total quality of project deliverables. Understand the month-end close process and be able to train and asset customers with those features.
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation on enhancements, and customization including workflows, scripts, and reports.
• Work with a team to develop, test, and roll out such solutions.
• Perform full NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, interacting directly with senior-level client personnel; provide client training (on-site and/or web-based) as needed.
• Develop and communicate client requirements with the technical developers on potential customizations to the product.
• Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions accommodating unique industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements, and other business requirements.
• Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with new customers.
• Conduct demos, train, and walkthrough different NetSuite Process Areas.
• Prepare scope resulting from personalization sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during configuration sessions.
• Translate business requirements to our technical team members. Translate technology solutions from our technical team members to the clients.
• Conduct Cut-over and Go-Live processes.
• Provide ongoing post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and NetSuite configuration.
