NetSuite Solution Architect

Summary:

Our client is looking to fill a remote position for NetSuite Solution Architect to be available on EST time zone.
The NetSuite Solution Architect will work as part of our client's PTG (Productivity technology Group) team, reporting to Sr. Director of Enterprise Applications, supporting our client's  Global NetSuite ERP implementation. This role will be working closely with external solution implementors, the client's cross functional teams and Digital Transformation Office to implement scalable solutions around Global Finance, Supply Chain, Order Management, revenue management and professional services. As a subject matter expert, you will be applying technical expertise and industry leading best practices during implementation phases. Define and execute post deployment operational policies, governance, and compliance procedures. This role is responsible for any or all aspects of the System Development Life Cycle from conceptual phase through implementation using agile practices.

Responsibilities:

As a NetSuite Solution Architect, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Partner with internal business and IT teams to drive requirement workshops, business process reviews, solution design, configurations, testing, training, and project documentation
• Serve as the top-level NetSuite subject matter expert, create solution design specifications, data migration plan, release steps and ensure compatibility with other business applications. Provide leadership to applications team on industry best practices
• Responsible for designing, configuring, documenting, delivering, supporting, and testing of Global NetSuite solutions that meet the business requirements and adhere to change management processes. 
• Identify areas for business value delivery, project progress tracking and govern all changes to ensure overall quality.
• Work on continuous process improvement initiatives and provide solutions to the problems. 
• Analyzes and document business flows from end to end, understanding how applications support business future state of processes. 
• Interface with business process owners to facilitate with testing, transitioning and user adoption plans. 
• Understand users’ needs and effectively transfers knowledge to them for on-going support. 
• Assess needs for personalization efforts, eliminate customizations and provides out of the box solutions
• Maintain operational procedures around supported environments. 
• Conduct knowledge transfer with project teams for every completed project milestone
• Define and implement User Access Management policies, user role management and Segregation of duties protocols

Requirements and skills:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Business Information Systems
• Minimum of 6+ years of implementation experience with Oracle-NetSuite ERP
• NetSuite development technology experience. NetSuite certifications preferred (such as NetSuite Architect, Developer, Specialist or Consultant)
• Proven experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, configuration, automation, application Security, SuiteScripts, JavaScripts, workflows, fields, forms, records, APIs, Web Services, Zone Billing, ETL processes, analytics cloud etc.
• Minimum 2 full lifecycle Global NetSuite implementations (at least one for publicly traded company)
• Strong expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Revenue Management, NetSuite Order Management, Supply Chain, planning & budgeting modules, integrations with CPQ, CRM systems and billing engines.

• Location: Montréal, Québec. 
• Required: First preference would be the Montréal, QC area; 2nd preference: USA in the Eastern Time Zone.
