We are helping our client located in Mississauga, Ontario, find an Account Manager to join remotely to their company on a full-time basis.

As an Account manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Lead sales consulting services to prospective NetSuite customers in partnership with the VP of sales, account executives, and BDRs for new implementation work.
Sell into existing customers for optimization and future phase work.
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Develop a strong knowledge of the SuiteSuccess methodology, core modules in NetSuite, and keep up to date with new NetSuite products and services.
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Discover new sales opportunities through relationship building and turn them into long-term partnerships and upsell opportunities.
Collaborate with the product team to demo new products to prospective and existing clients.
Remain in constant contact with the clients in order to receive feedback, respond to conflicts and inquiries, and create a positive working relationship.
Provide support during the sales negotiation process and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
Managing a high volume of inbound/outbound engagement with a strategy on prioritization of your leads.
Track, analyze and report on sales performance and activities in Netsuite and other reporting tools.
Provide accurate and timely forecasts of sales opportunities.
Develop and maintain records of customer activity for reporting sales and forecasts.
During high peek season provide support to the sales team with cold calling and lead generation.
Requirements and skills:
University Degree with around 4-5 years of experience
Preferred business experience within ERP or cloud-based financial systems.
Ability to use Office Tools, Excel, and CRM is an asset.
Proven experience as an Account Manager, or in other sales/customer service roles
Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles
Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
Organizational and time-management skills
Enthusiastic and passionate
Demonstrated problem-solving skills for negotiation and collaboration.
Specialize in NetSuite, including everything from ERP, WMS, SuiteCommerce/SCA, SuiteCommerce In-Store POS, PBCS (Planning & Budgeting), SuitePeople, Advanced Manufacturing, SuiteScript customization, integrations to connect NetSuite to any applications (with Boomi, Celigo, or custom), and more.
