Responsibilities & Requirements:
As a NetSuite Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the following:
Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and functional leads to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable NetSuite solutions for manufacturing, warehouse management systems, and production management.
Architect, design, and implement end-to-end NetSuite solutions that align with business objectives, best practices, and industry standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the entire project lifecycle, including solution design, development, testing, and deployment.
Ensure the NetSuite platform's integrity, stability, and security by establishing and enforcing best practices, system controls, and governance protocols.
Provide training and support to end users on NetSuite functionality, best practices, and system enhancements.
Identify areas for business value delivery, project progress tracking and govern all changes to ensure overall quality.
Interface with business process owners to facilitate with testing, transitioning and user adoption plans.
Understand users’ needs and effectively transfers knowledge to them for ongoing support and provide out-of-the-box solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements, integrations, and data migration activities.
Conduct system audits, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues.
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or Business Information Systems.
Relevant certifications and advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 6+ years of implementation experience with Oracle-NetSuite ERP, NetSuite Solution Architect or a similar role.
NetSuite development technology experience. NetSuite certifications preferred (such as NetSuite Architect, Developer, Specialist or Consultant)
Proven experience with SaaS platforms, integrations, configuration, automation, application Security, SuiteScripts, JavaScripts, workflows, fields, forms, records, APIs, Web Services, Zone Billing, ETL processes, analytics cloud etc.
Minimum 2 full lifecycle Global NetSuite implementations
Strong expertise in NetSuite Financial Management, Revenue Management, NetSuite Order
Management, Supply Chain, planning & budgeting modules, and integrations with CPQ, CRM systems and billing engines.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, including production management, Bill of Materials (BOM), work orders, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
Proven experience in designing and implementing NetSuite solutions involving warehouse management systems (WMS) and integration with external systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
Proficient in SuiteAnalytics, SuiteTalk, and other NetSuite development tools.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
