Summary: 

We are helping our client find a dynamic and experienced Implementation Consultant to join their Professional Services Department. As an Implementation Consultant, you will take a role in overseeing and delivering Oracle NetSuite ERP projects. Your primary responsibility will be providing comprehensive solutions that align with our client's customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Involvement: Participate in all implementation projects, ensuring the successful delivery of ERP solutions.
• Solution Design: Create custom solutions that align seamlessly with business needs using Oracle NetSuite ERP.
• Requirement Translation: Transform business requirements into functional specifications for various environments.
• Thorough Documentation: Document business processes, mapping, requirements, and meeting notes for clarity and reference.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to implement cutting-edge ERP solutions.
• Team Collaboration: Be a vital resource for both functional and technical aspects during implementations and customizations, fostering teamwork.
• Active Participation: Engage in internal meetings, including strategy sessions, knowledge sharing, mentoring, and Q&A.
• Relationship Building: Forge strong working relationships with team members and clients to foster collaboration.
• Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with development teams and various business units to achieve project goals.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Management Information Systems, Accounting, or Business.
• Experience: 3+ years in ERP application implementation.
• NetSuite Knowledge: Knowledge of the NetSuite
• SaaS Familiarity: Experience with SaaS, including Accounting, Sales Force Automation, Marketing Campaigns, and Web Presence.
• Development: Experience in developing and validating business requirements.
• Technical Documentation: Ability to create detailed technical design/specification documents that cover workflows, specialized use cases, exception handling, and test cases.
• Familiarity with: Quickbooks, Great Plains, SalesForce, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple business terms.

You Must Have

• At least 3 years of NetSuite experience
• Performed 5-10 end-to-end implementation
• Experience with configuration in NetSuite
• Performed at least 2 implementations in the NetSuite accounting module
• Experience in retail and warehouse management system

Compensation:

• Salary Depends on experience.
